Our Story
2009-2014
2009-2014
Piush Vidyarthi founded the company in 2009. The company was privately funded by the founders. The initial model was to buy and sell products to raise enough money to develop our own products. Our first commercial product for women’s health was in 2014: SonoSure, SonoHysterogrophy and Endometrial Sampling Device. We licensed the US distribution rights for this device to Norgenix Pharmaceuticals.
2015-2018

CrossBay received US and EU clearances for SonoFlow, Sonohysterography and Sonohysterosalpingography Device. The distribution rights for the product was also licensed to Norgenix Pharmaceuticals. Unfortunately, it was only a short while later that Norgenix Pharmaceuticals closed it doors.
During this period, CrossBay was working on a new technology for what is now CrossGlide™. The company received US and EU clearances for the first product using CrossGlide™ technology in 2017. This product was called the CrossBay IVF Embryo Transfer Catheter Set.
